Your order is accepted when Willow Bouquet Co. confirms it and payment has been authorised. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected flowers, delivery service and any stated extras.

Please check names, addresses, delivery dates and card details before submitting an order. We may contact you if a detail is missing or appears incorrect.

Local delivery is available in Haywards Heath and surrounding areas. Delivery dates and any available service options are shown during ordering, subject to capacity and the recipient's address.

Someone should be available to receive flowers where possible. If nobody answers, we may leave the order in a safe place or contact the recipient to arrange the next practical step. Collection details are confirmed with your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Flowers are prepared to a delivery date, so a cancellation may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has started.

Where a refund is agreed, it is returned to the original payment method. Orders affected by a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or unavailable recipient may not qualify for a full refund.

Fresh flowers are seasonal and can vary in colour, size and availability. Willow Bouquet Co. may replace a flower, foliage or container with an item of equal or greater value when the chosen product cannot be sourced.

We keep the overall style, colour direction and value of the arrangement as close as practical to the order. Tell us about any quality concern promptly, with a clear description and photographs where helpful.

Use this website lawfully and only for genuine enquiries or purchases. Do not copy its text or images, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false, harmful or unauthorised.

Product photographs show the intended style and may differ from the finished arrangement because every order uses natural materials. Website content can change as flowers, prices and delivery options change.

Willow Bouquet Co. takes reasonable care when preparing and delivering orders. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road disruption or incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights relating to faulty goods or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
